Ob sich der Google Ansatz "Verbesserung der Nutzererfahrung" auch für Webseitenbetreiber optimal auswirkt, könnte kritisch betrachtet ins Gegenteil verkehren.
Beispiel: Ein Hotel in Düsseldorf nutzt die Google Maps Standortkarte.
(Achtung, allein die Nutzung kann schon von Google nicht als zulässig betrachtet werden! Vergl. Was ist erlaubt?)
Annahme: Die Google Maps standortkarte wurde auf der Kontakt Seite des Hotels integriert.
Effekt:
- Google Maps zeigt auch andere Unternehmen (hier Hotels) in direkter Umgebung an. (= Verbesserung der Nutzererfahrung - Verschlechterung der Alleinstellung).
- Klicken Sie auf ein anderes Hotel im Beispiel, erscheint gleich der günstigste Buchungspreis dazu. (= Verbesserung der Nutzererfahrung - Schnäppchenjagd verhindert evtl. Buchung des eigenen Hotels).
