Angeblich protokolliert Cloudflare nicht, welche Webseiten ihr aufruft. Jeder Betreiber von Nameservern kann die Websites die Ihr aufruft protokollieren. Wer diesen betreibt, kann Nutzerprofile erstellen, die in den USA sogar vermarktet werden dürfen. Von Goolge weiss man ja , dass nichts kostenlos ist - und man mit seinen eignen Daten bezahlt.
